Bring up to three accessibility questions or challenges to your Power Hour, and we’ll work through them together, focusing on practical options that fit your wedding, your priorities and the people you’re planning for.

Unsure whether a venue will work for you or your guests? We can look at questions around entrances, routes, toilets, seating, parking, accommodation and other practical access considerations, and help you identify what to ask your venue before making decisions.

From seating and rest breaks to sensory needs, quiet spaces, fatigue and guest comfort, we can work through how different needs might affect the day and identify practical ways to make the experience more comfortable without losing the atmosphere or feel of your wedding.
