We are proud to have been recognised as Inclusive Business of the Year 2026 for Hospitality at The Community Awards, celebrating our work in creating a more accessible, thoughtful and inclusive wedding and hospitality industry.

This award means so much because it reflects the change we are here to make: helping venues, suppliers and hospitality businesses understand that accessibility, neurodivergence and inclusion are not niche issues. They are part of real people’s everyday experiences, and they should be built into the way businesses communicate, welcome and serve.

Alongside this recognition, our founder was also featured in Forbes as one of the neurodivergent founders building businesses that work with their brains, a piece highlighting entrepreneurs who are creating businesses in a way that honours how they think, lead and work.

For us, this work is personal, practical and deeply needed.

We believe couples, guests and clients should not have to ask twice to feel considered. They should not have to search for basic accessibility information, worry about being judged, or wonder whether their needs will be understood.

That is why The Inclusive Wedding Company exists: to help businesses become more inclusive from the inside out, through education, consultancy, supplier awareness and clearer, more accessible customer experiences.
